The racing for fun - I find that to be such a challenge at times because I have a competitive edge which I kind of love/hate.Kristinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17208374967597840745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4860426810931434522.post-58216214669648864342011-11-18T09:19:20.187-08:002011-11-18T09:19:20.187-08:00Holy crap! But I have to admit, it was 28 degrees here last night for my run so I tucked my under armour in to my shorts :)

And running vs racing... I definitely have some races that make me feel more fulfilled and some that don't. PRing is a lot of work and we can't do that all the time. I try to do races for fun, but it's hard, unless I am running with a friend! Right now, I am not even planning on doing any Thanksgiving Runs because I know I would not be able to "compete" (with myself).Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03201592937889358953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4860426810931434522.post-90762074083834684072011-11-10T11:22:19.663-08:002011-11-10T11:22:19.663-08:00It was fun to be super speedy (for me). I was a far cry from being Number 1 female though - I think she finished in 40 minutes or something crazy like that.
I hoped to post a photo, but the one of me running across the finish line is pretty bad - it was starting to really rain at that point, so I have my head down as I finish.
