When we left for Lake San Antonio (which, by the way, literally does not exist anymore) Friday afternoon, I had no predictions and very few expectations for
Wildflower. I wanted to finish, obviously, and, more than any race for a while, I was not totally confident that I would meet that one expectation.
So, this was the final result of yesterday's race:

YAY YAY YAY! Good for you! Congrats! That was a tough day and it sounds like you rocked it. And yeah, I think walking up that hill is Wildflower's 4th leg. (Or, uh, 5th, this year?)

Rob - That beer was almost the best thing about the day. No, maybe it was? And - too funny - we went to the Racer 5 Brewery this past summer after my last longer race. Maybe there is a theme?
Kimra - This was the first time that I walked my bike up myself. Shockingly enough, no one took the pasta salad that offered in exchange for walking my bike! How was your bike?
